The Nishimura Style Drawing Doll was born from Kenji Nishimura's idea of the ideal drawing doll. To him, the ideal drawing doll would appear natural in any pose, allowing for a clearer understanding and easier illustration of the human body. While the figure features realistic sculpting and a wide range of articulation, the range of motion beyond the human body has been intentionally limited, allowing users to easily achieve natural poses.
The joints have been thoughtfully designed to mimic natural human movement as much as possible, and the backs of the figure's thighs are made of a soft material so she can easily get into the traditional Japanese fully-knees-bent "seiza" seated pose. An articulated support stand is included, as is a chair, a smartphone, and various hand parts. This would be an important addition to the collection of any artist -- order yours today!
