Canada Post Strike 2024: No Worries – We've Got You Covered with Other Couriers
Dear Customers,
The 2024 Canada Post strike has caused widespread delays and uncertainty in mail and parcel deliveries.
In response, we’ve partnered with an independent fulfillment provider that uses UPS, FedEx, and DHL, ensuring your orders are efficiently processed, carefully packaged, and shipped as promptly as possible. Despite these efforts, please be aware that delivery times may still be longer than usual due to increased demand on alternate carriers.
Additionally, because Canada Post is unavailable, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. We kindly ask that you provide a residential or business address for all shipments during this period.
These changes, including our reliance on premium carriers and the inability to use lower-cost postal networks, have increased our shipping expenses. As a result, we can no longer maintain the previous flat-rate shipping fees for all regions. We regret any inconvenience this may cause, and appreciate your understanding as we work to maintain the quality, consistency, and timeliness of your deliveries.
