Got the item on sale for half off. I bought 2 bit one was missing. P-rex immediately sent out a new one which arrived in about a week. Unfortunately Canada Shipping didn't seem to care about the package as the box came crushed including the box of contents inside. Luckily most of the runners were intact. Giving 4 stars for the responsiveness and great customer service from P-rex but disappointed with the carrier's lack of care for delivery.

Great quality product! Not sure if it was the batch made but the hands were particularly stiff and didn’t want to hold the rifle. As well as the butt stock of the weapon mad it so the figure could not properly grip it. Also lacking a clear stand that I normally see in joytoy products. Beautiful quality overall and will continue to buy!
Excellent choice because if the item you ordered is a potential collectors item then it gives an extra measure of security.
Shipment was fast about 6 days to the US. Product looks good arrived in perfect condition. Haven’t open the retail box yet. Will post review of product once I start building.

Honestly, this kit was a really nice way to get into the hobby. It wasn't fancy but it's was classic and cool.
