Pre-Order Policy

Pre-Order items may only be available online and not for in-store purchase.

Large items may incur additional shipping fees for orders requiring delivery.

Limited quantities are available, and orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Orders containing pre-order items will not ship until all items in the order have arrived.

The estimated arrival date is based on the supplier’s schedule and may be delayed without notice.

Pre-orders cannot be exchanged.

Pre-orders can be canceled any time before shipping.

If the supplier cannot fulfill all pre-orders in the first shipment, orders will be fulfilled based on the sequence they were placed.

Free shipping on pre-orders combined with in-stock products is only available if shipped together. To receive in-stock items sooner, place pre-orders separately.
