Pre-Order Policy

Pre-orders allow you to reserve or purchase items before their official release. Estimated arrival dates are provided on product pages whenever possible, but these are for reference only and may change due to factors beyond our control.

• Pre-order items are available online only and cannot be purchased in-store.
• Limited quantities are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• A cut-off date may be provided to secure your order.

• Orders containing pre-order items will not ship until all items are ready.
• Free shipping for combined orders is only available if shipped together. Separate shipments will incur additional fees.
• Large items may incur additional shipping fees.

Orders will be fulfilled in the order they were placed. If the supplier is unable to fulfill all pre-orders, customers with unfulfilled orders will receive a full refund.

Pre-orders cannot be exchanged.

Pre-orders can be canceled before shipping or fulfillment for pickup. Upon cancellation, you will receive store credit in the form of a Gift Card for the full amount paid.

In cases where we are unable to fulfill your pre-order due to manufacturer cancellations or insufficient stock, we will issue a full refund, including any deposits paid.

The estimated arrival date is based on the supplier’s schedule and may be delayed without notice.
