What is Revoltech?

Revoltech is Kaiyodo's action figure line built around its Revolver joints, used to pose characters from movies, manga and anime. Kaiyodo also releases AmazingYamaguchi figures by sculptor Katsuhisa Yamaguchi under the Revoltech name.

Is ARTPLA a model kit?

Yes. Kaiyodo's ARTPLA SCULPTURE WORKS releases are plastic model kits that you assemble yourself. Some are sold unpainted, so check each product page.

What are Takeya-style articulated figures?

They are KT Project figures sculpted by Takayuki Takeya. Kaiyodo presents the line as a modern take on Japan's traditional articulated craft pieces, known as Takeya-style articulated objects (タケヤ式自在置物).
