The Raven kit comes across as somewhere between an HG and an RG kit. More detail than I'd expect from an HG, with some truly tiny parts, but not as involved a built as an RG kit. Built, it's 1/144th size; somewhat smaller than an RG.
Lots of details to panel line, if you're into that, and good color separation means it looks good without paint (although I'm detailing mine a little bit). I'd say they've done the game justice with this kit; even the manual uses Armored Core 6 style fonts and colors.
For what it's worth, it's entirely polystyrene -- no ABS or polycaps -- so it's easy to work with & paint but should hold up better than older 1/144 Gundams. The deployed pile bunker is very long and mine came out slightly curved; not sure if that's the mold or an artifact of how I nipped it from the sprue, so maybe be careful with that part.
The shipping was insanely fast, I know it's only a 3 hour distance from the shop but it was delivered within a few days! And product came undamaged and I'm excited to build it!!
Item was packaged well. This kit is so cool.
