Give it a try!

If you haven't tried it before, the MR Hobby top coat is worth a try. It gives the plastic a matte look as if it has a painted texture that is less "plasticy". It also protects decals and panel lines.

Be careful not to spray too much on at once though as it can cause your panel lines to run! A few light coats is better than one heavy coat.
