HGBF 1/144 Chinagguy from Gundam Build Fighters — the Chinagguy seen in the series' ending, as a High Grade kit by Bandai.
KPS material in the chest and leg joints gives a wide range of motion, and the shoulder frills and apron are soft material. The eyes use clear parts and lenses, and the glasses can be built with or without lenses. Removing the head part reveals China's own head, the forearms swap for bare hands, and the headband comes in bear-ear and normal versions.
