Discover the Panhard VBL, a versatile wheeled 4x4 all-terrain vehicle that combines agility and protection. Designed to navigate through challenging terrains while offering protection against small arms fire, artillery fragments, mines, and NBC weapons, this vehicle is a testament to modern engineering. Fully amphibious, it can swim at a speed of 5.4 km/h and is air transportable by C-130, C-160, and A400M aircraft, making it a valuable asset for military operations. Developed in the 1980s and entering operational service in France in 1990, the VBL boasts a fuel consumption of 16 liters per 100 km. The VBL MILAN variant is equipped for anti-tank combat, capable of medium-range engagements up to 2000 meters. It includes one MILAN missile fire unit and six missiles, enhanced with a MIRA Thermal camera for precision targeting.
All parts of this model come molded in green plastic, complemented by soft black rubber tires and clear materials for the windows. To add to the realism and detail, photo-etched metal parts and decals are also included. When assembled, the model measures 125mm in length and 70mm in width, making it a compact yet detailed representation of the formidable Panhard VBL.
